Student access to TCU Online FAQ

I enrolled in a class, but am unable to access it in TCU Online.

  • If you are officially registered for a course and your instructor is using TCU Online, then you will have access to the course at 12:01 AM on the first day of the semester. Courses may not be visible in the My Courses area until that time.
    • Note: Enrollments in TCU Online are not instantaneous. Although TCU Online updates frequently, it could take up to 24 hours for recent Add/Drops to be reflected in TCU Online.
  • If the semester has started, and you enrolled more than 24 hours ago but still do not see your course, please contact your instructor first to see if they are using TCU Online. If they are, please report the issue to the TCU Online Support Form.
