Share a Zoom Meeting link in TCU Online

Students are not automatically emailed an invite to a class meeting scheduled through the TCU Online Zoom integration. Instead, this information is available to students through the Zoom integration, through the TCU Online calendar tool, through the TCU Online calendar tool, through the Upcoming Events widget on the course homepage, and through the Upcoming Events page in course content (see Student Access to the Zoom meeting link).

To offer an additional prominent reminder about your meeting, you can post a link to your Zoom meeting in TCU Online. First, Locate & Copy the Meeting Link, then choose to Share Zoom Link within the HTML Editor or to Share Zoom link as a Content Topic, by following the steps in those sections.
