The chat’s archive stores each chat session, where you can view it at a later time.
The system archives a chat session once all chat members leave the room or after more than 20 minutes of inactivity. Chats appear in the Chat Sessions list.
On the nav bar, click the People menu, then select Chat.
On the Chat List page, click the context menu beside the chat you want to view, then select View Sessions from the menu.
In the Start Date column, click the link for the session you wish to view.
The Chat log will display in chronological order. If you wish to Print the chat, click the Print link in the top right corner of the screen.
When you are done reviewing the session, click Done.
