1. On the navbar, click the Activities menu, then select Discussions.
2. Do either of the following:
   • From the context menu of the forum or topic you are subscribed to, click Unsubscribe.
   • Beside a thread you are subscribed to, click Subscribed.
3. In the confirmation pop-up window, click Yes.
